Jonathon Tatum is our operations director, lead copywriter, and business consultant. He is a seasoned pro when it comes to sales, with experience in multiple different sectors including financial services, real estate, tech, and supply chains in the food and apparel industries. His sweet spot is clarifying and communicating the unique value propositions that our clients offer to their customers and creating internal strategies among teams. His innovative and effective sales copy and strategies take our clients sales revenues to the next level. In addition, Jonathon runs the day to day team operations for Clarify Your Craft.

CO-FOUNDER, CO-OWNER, CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Before starting Clarify Your Craft, Colleen worked as a Corporate Fashion Merchandiser at Carter’s Inc, where she learned how promoting margin rich products can drive revenue and how a company thrives when cross-functional teams collaborate. She brought her love of strategy, collaboration, and margin drivers to a PR/Social Media agency in Athens, GA - See.Spark.Go. There she served as a Social Media Account Manager for six national brands like Airstream, Thor Industries, and Miami Swim Week.

As fate would have it, she transitioned into a new role of managing the marketing and sales for a small woodshop, Water’s Edge Woods. During this time, she learned and implemented the StoryBrand Framework and witnessed the realities small business owners face.

Within a year, the woodshop became regionally recognized and a passion was ignited to see the livelihood of entrepreneurs thrive. During this time, she was approached for guidance by other professionals and became a Certified StoryBrand Guide, which birthed Clarify Your Craft.

Since 2019, Colleen has helped +35 small business owners thrive in their craft using the power of a clear message and clean website.
